How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of rabbitorparrotat (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Backpack is nice, looks like the picture, video. The material is not very thick I thought it will be little stronger. The delivery time was very long I ordered on black friday and came 23. february, imposible to track order kept showing chinese post site I couldnt really understand. All in all good buy for good price!

Посылка шла почти 1,5 месяца, отслеживалась. Качество весьма хорошее, ткань крепкая и без запаха, молнии все рабочие, размер рюкзака в самый раз для учёбы. Порадовал внутренний карман на молнии
Купила по совету подруги, у которой уже есть такой рюкзак. Покупкой очень довольна. Молнии работают идеально , отделений-карманов достаточно много, цвет прекрасный, ДОСТАВКА 10!!! ДНЕЙ до Украины. Котик правда белый, а не чёрный. Но мне и так нравится. Замочки звенят при ходьбе, как колокольчики). Меховой шарик из кролика, мягкий и пушистый. Спасибо.
Товар пришел быстро, за пару недель. Рюкзак неплохой, нооо сразу пройдусь по минусам: сильный запах(но он должен выветриться, достаточно быстро), и то, что меня очень сильно расстроило: нашивки с котиком другого цвета. Она должна быть с черным котом, а не с таким.. Этот тоже красивый, но я ждала черного,это расстраивает, молнии при ходьбе будут звенеть, а ткань внутри шуршать, но это ожидаемо. Теперь плюсы:быстрая доставка, хорошее качество ткани, молний, куча карманов(1 впереди, 2 сзади, внутри отдела есть разделение, которое тоже является карманом, Ну и сбоку), помпон, и длинные лямки, у многих китайских рюкзаков они очень короткие, а тут длинные, и то, что можно рюкзак носить Как сумку, так и как рюкзак, вместительный, компактный. В общем, если вас не особо волнует котик, можете заказывать, может вам даже повезет, и приедет черный кот, поэтому товар рекомендую
Chelyabinsk going for 2 weeks. The backpack is very small, almost childish, but really is very spacious. Backpack for some reason rustling, if in lined paper. No odor, pleasant to the touch, good embroidery. Nice color, though most likely soon turn gray.

Красивый рюкзак. Качественно сделан, нитки не торчат, молнии не расходятся, застёжка крепкая.
Backpack is excellent, quality sewing-upper class. Color bright. For most schools it. Order tracking, came within a month. All locks work, minus the working poor, rivet, had to repair.

Absolutely gorgeous. Outerior fabric is sturdy and dense. Color is very saturated. Kitty logo is good quality. Pompom is small but soft and fluffy. Only worry is the zipper consist of multiple chains, higher chance of breaking, but easil replaced. Fits a 0.5ml water bottle, but have to squish. Both sides have a pocket for bottle. Interior is smooth brown fabric. Has zipper pocket inside, outside front and outside back. Seperate place to store your laptop. Overall very satisfied and recommended!!

Портфель очаровательный. Продавец очень быстро отвечает и отсылает посылку. Пришел на 13 дней раньше срока, заказывала 29 июля, продавец отправил за 3 дня, 31 июля, а на почту Азебайджана пришло 24 августа. Трек отслеживался постоянно. Портфель очень прочный и вместительный из-нутри, хотя выглядит маленьким со стороны. Нитки не торчат, очень волновалась, что нитки на котике будут не ровными, как у некоторых, кто заказывал, но мне очень повезло. Спереди и сзади по одному очень вместительному карману и внутри отдел для учебников и тетрадей который отделен отделом с замком. По бокам по два кармана для бутылки воды, термоса или зонтика. Кнопка на верхних ручках очень крепкая. Нитки нигде не торчат. Замки все испрвны. Цвет горчичный, не такой яркий, как на фото, и пумпон не линяет, но очень маленький, не как на фото. Материал-прочный холст. В целом очень довольна заказом. Заказывайте, не пожалеете!
Рюкзаком довольна как слон. Перед отправкой попросила продавца написать цену 5$, что он и сделал. Рюкзак качественный, материал похож чем-то на мешковину. Цвет жёлтый, как на картинке. Замки все в рабочем состоянии. На вышивке торчало пару ниточек, помпон немного сплющен, но быстро расправится. Внутри большой отдел, маленький и тонкий один, и ещё один на замке, он разграничивает большой и маленький. Спереди на замке карман, сзади, и ещё обычные по бокам. Подкладка обычная, в принципе, как и все подкладки в рюкзаках. Шлейки не очень толстые, легко регулируются. Замки золотого цвета. .
